Johnfa Koke is an award-winning video producer, ambassador for Find My Filmmaker, manager at LondonLighting, talent manager, and founder of the non-profit organisation Creps2Africa.
Johnfa’s journey began five years ago while studying Law (LLB) at De Montfort University. After three challenging years, he graduated with his degree and returned to London, working at Ladbrokes betting shop. During this time, close friends launched LondonLighting, a lighting production company, and Johnfa began joining shoots for free to gain on-set experience and build industry connections. His dedication quickly paid off. Johnfa left Ladbrokes to work full-time in production, starting as a spark and eventually becoming a gaffer.
Over the years, he has worked on more than 300 shoots, from intimate projects to major productions, collaborating with globally recognised names such as Clean Bandit, Akon, Oxlade, N-Dubz, Lil Tjay, Nines, The Sidemen, Beta Squad, and Jägermeister. Through this experience, Johnfa discovered his passion for video production and transitioned into producing full-time.
In the past three years, he has delivered projects for leading brands and artists including Patta, Digga D, Headie One, Potter Payper, M Huncho, Clavish, Aitch, and Trapstar . His hard work and vision earned him two major accolades at the London Music Video Awards 2025: Best Music Video and Best Visual Effects for Pozer – Shanghigh Noon, alongside multiple nominations for his other projects.
Beyond producing, Johnfa is known for his ability to source and coordinate everything a production needs—locations, cars, models, actors, animals, props, and more—making him a go-to problem solver for creative teams across the UK. In addition to his production career, Johnfa has recently ventured into talent management, working with emerging talents such as Pariah, a South London rapper celebrated for her powerful storytelling and lyrical depth.
All of this runs parallel to his long-standing commitment to philanthropy through Creps2Africa, a charity he founded five years ago. The organisation collects and delivers shoes to schools, clubs, and orphanages across Africa, having already donated over 500 pairs to children in DR Congo, Nigeria, Ghana, Uganda, Kenya, and Zimbabwe. With a reputation for professionalism, creativity, and impact, Johnfa Koke continues to grow as a driving force in the UK’s creative industry.
The journey is only just beginning.
